Online Tool to help you with your Education Pathway

Existing Advisers need to determine the education that is required to be undertaken by them to meet the Education Standard based on requirements defined in FASEA’s Education Standards. An adviser’s education pathway depends on their qualifications and courses already undertaken.

The Education Pathways Tool is designed to provide guidance only to Financial Advisers on their education pathway.

Ensuring financial advisers meet the Education Standard within the required timeframes remains the responsibility of the Licensee

This tool relies on information entered by the users of the tool and on the information about course names, codes and dates given to FASEA by higher education providers. FASEA accepts no liability for any errors resulting from misinformation or omission of information provided to it. In all other matters relating to this tool, FASEA disclaims liability to the maximum extent permissible by law.

It is possible for a New Entrant or Existing Adviser’s position to change in the future, if for instance they undertake additional study or if a degree, qualification or course they have already undertaken is added to the Corporations (Relevant Degree, Qualifications and Courses Standard) Determination 2018.
