How to Register for the Exam and Information for sitting the Exam

Registrations for the September and December FASEA Exam 2019 are now open.  September exam registrations close at 5pm on 30 August 2019 AEST.  December exam registrations close at 5pm on 8 November 2019 AEST.  Late registrations will not be accepted under any circumstances.

You must register to sit the examination in an exam centre. Please read the important test scheduling information on these pages prior to registering for the exam.

To be eligible to register for the exam, you will need to meet the eligibility criteria, which requires you to have either registered as a new entrant with FASEA or be an existing adviser registered on ASIC’s Financial Adviser Register.

Licensees are required to notify FASEA of a new entrant at the commencement of the Professional Year.

A new entrant must have completed Quarter 1 and Quarter 2 of their Professional Year before sitting the exam.
